Developer Hamza Sood has managed to hack the Apple Watch to enable custom watch faces.
Sood announced the accomplishment on Twitter:
After some haxx... Custom watch faces on Apple Watch!
Sood also posted an Xcode project called "CustomWatchFaceTest" to GitHub to help other developers create custom watch faces for themselves. To install you'll need to get Carousel to load the dylib.
