hmm, this is old iphone no cut dual sim, it supports GSM network only and not work under 3g mode. I'm using a new Magicsim 26th iphone no cut 3g dual sim. it supports UMTS/HSDPA/WCDMA/GSM/GPRS/EDGE. you can check this video :http://www.magicsim.com/en/dual_sim_show.asp?id=87&sort2name=20 good luck !

I got the illuminatik dual sim kit just today but i can't seem to get the second sim to work. Does my iphone need to be unlocked so that i can actually use both sims?

the part WITHOUT the chip attached you insirt a sim into it then that into the sim trey then you put a sim in the part WITH the chip attached and tuck that under your favrite case

It is not meant to fit in the tray, one sim would be inside the device and not be removable.

Hi it only works as part of case...as in it fits outside iphone but inside case :-(
