iPhone owns Google phone. Google is still playing catch up!

If Android and the apps are still written with Java, whatever boost on the hardware they do it will still run slow in the long run. Apple has the best OS and it is optimized to run on their hardware. Even it has inferior hardware specs than Android, the processor doesn't find it hard to process the OS and the apps. Unless Android rewrites everything which is impossible because the Android OS is widely spread and you cannot immediately replace it with a new OS that was built from ground-up because it is already established and Java is part of the deep roots.

Excuse my French but, when did the iPhone beat the Pixel? 1st they're comparing the PLUS to the regular Pixel, 2nd the iPhone got ripped in every app and only beat the Pixel at games, which isn't a fair comparison since iPhone games are optimized for what... 5/6 devices now, all using basically the same hardware, whereas on Android they have to be compatible with a multitude of devices, hence they're not as smooth. Shit conditions, shit results, bullshit test.

The normal pixel is faster than the xl because the XL has a higher resolution screen.

It was kind of not surprising, but even with an android phone by a company that had a chance to optimize it regardless of succeeding or not either way, it still means android isn't going to be faster than iPhone no matter what android phone is being compared to (duh, I know but it can't not be mentioned).

Holy shit. The micro seconds speed differences are absolutely crucial in life. Because most of the smart phone users are rocket scientists for whom this microsecond/nanosecond lag means the space shuttles docking or not docking with ISS. Give me a break. Morons.
