Apple Releases iOS 12.1.3 Beta 2 to Developers for Testing [Download]

Apple has released iOS 12.1.3 beta 2 to developers for testing. The build number is 16D5032a.

This follows the rushed release of iOS 12.1.2 to address issues with eSIM functionality and possible Qualcomm patent infringement.
