Redmi Demos Full Charge of Note 12 Pro+ in Under 5 Minutes [Video]

Redmi has demonstrated the charge of a revised Note 12 Pro+ smartphone in under five minutes using a 300W charger.

The company shared a video of the achievement on Weibo.

The scary thing is that the measured peak power is as high as 290W

Notably, this follows the unveiling of Realme's new GT Neo5 smartphone featuring the ability to charge at 240W via USB-C.

It's unclear if or when Redmi will bring 300W charging to market but it's clear that fast charging is going to get faster soon.
