Steve Jobs to Nike CEO: 'Get Rid of the Crappy Stuff'

When Nike CEO Mark Parker asked Steve Jobs for advice shortly after receiving the title, Jobs told him to 'Get rid of the crappy stuff and focus on the good stuff'.
"I expected a little laugh," Parker says of the exchange. "But there was a pause and no laugh at the end."
