Personally, I do not consider 108F or 40C (104F) to be HOT! That's not even a typical summer day in Las Vegas or Phoenix - lol.
High side of WARM yes. But the REAL world experience would be with a typical Apple Silicon Case (real world - vast majority use cases) what is the Temperature?

Truth is that they might have to adjust the bios settings to limit performance to bring the heat within range.

Maybe they should consider solid state active cooling. Or a thin heatsink on the back. Or a heat to electric charge conversion.
