Apple Shares Official Logo Stinger for Rebranded 'Apple TV' [Video]

Apple has posted a new video to its YouTube channel showcasing the official logo stinger for its rebranded streaming service, now simply called Apple TV.

The short animation features a stylized, multi-colored Apple logo that resolves into the new branding against a black background. The new visual identity follows the company's decision last month to rebrand its streaming service by dropping the '+' from Apple TV+. Alongside the name change, the service received a more colorful icon featuring a multi-color gradient.

In a recent podcast appearance, services chief Eddy Cue explained the decision to simplify the name, noting that since most people already referred to it as Apple TV, it was a good time to make the change.
