Apple has expanded its Self Service Repair Store to the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, along with the latest Mac Studio and Mac mini models. Customers can now order genuine replacement parts and tools to carry out their own repairs.

The additions cover Mac Studio with M5 Max or M5 Ultra and Mac mini with M6 or M5 Pro, alongside both Pro iPhones. Parts are being offered through the program's stores in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

For the phones, the catalog includes displays, back glass, batteries, rear and front cameras, speakers, microphones, enclosures, logic boards, and the Taptic Engine. Selecting a repair also brings up the associated tools and supplies, such as drivers, suction cups, adhesives, and screws.

The replacement rear camera costs $249, with a $59.76 credit for returning the original unit. That brings the parts cost to $189.24 after the credit, before any separate tools or supplies. The iPhone 18 Pro models feature a new variable-aperture camera system.

For the M5 Mac Studio, available components include Thunderbolt and USB-C ports, fans, speakers, SSD modules, logic boards, and power supplies. The Mac mini catalog also includes fans, speakers, logic boards, batteries, and power supplies, among other components.

Apple's repair manuals explain the procedures and identify the parts and tools required. Some repairs also need Repair Assistant or System Configuration afterward to finish the process. The program is intended for people with experience repairing electronics, rather than as a replacement for professional service for every owner.

Self Service Repair launched in 2022 and expanded to Canada in 2025. Customers can buy parts and purchase or rent tools through the Self Service Repair Store, which is operated by an Apple-authorized third-party provider.
