iChatr is a new iPhone application that allows you to video chat with other random iPhone 4 users from around the world!

It's like Chatroulette for your iPhone!

Instructions:
- Make sure your iPhone is connected to a WiFi network.
- Don't forget your headphones, or you won't be able to hear them.
- Getting bored? Swipe the person you're chatting with to chat with someone else.
