I like how the person said "4.1 is locked to ATT" and totally neglected the fact that Hong Kong spec iPhones are FACTORY UNLOCKED which makes these prices insane considering black is trading at about $1000 USD...MORON

well consider that the USA gets the latest iphone units first -- it's possible that the few that were made were perhaps only the AT&T locked models
