Leaked OtterBox Packaging for 'iPhone 4S' Reveals New Volume Buttons [Photos]

OtterBox has reportedly produced 3 million cases in an initial run for an 'iPhone 4S', reports ChronicWire.

Otterbox produces 3,000,000 cases in initial run for device designated "iPhone 4S"

Photos of the packaging for the case can be seen below. Notice the new 'soft-looking volume buttons' on right side of the phone.

New soft-looking volume buttons being on right side of iPhone 4S can probably be attributed to the "volume button to take pic" iOS5 feature.

I'm calling BS. Otterbox has never gotten the heads up and they always produce the Defender first and not the Commuter. This ensures that people will end up buying both models... This is more than likely a photoshop (or three it seems).

Not true, otterbox produced the commuter case first before the defender for other various phones. I bought this for the htc sensation. But however I do realise how strange cases are popping up all over the place way ahead of release, im sure this never happened when the iphone 4 came out

Obviously the #3 of the backside of the case shows the new volume buttons -_- People always trying to shit on iClarfied for no reason. Ya'll lame.

The volume buttons used to be on the left side of the iPhone. The Otterbox photo shows that it's now moved to the right side of the phone. This allows the camera to be oriented up when using the volume button as a shutter release button.
