Apple and Sprint Send Out iPhone 4S Shipping Notifications

Apple and Sprint have sent out shipping notifications for the iPhone 4S and it appears that Sprint's might even arrive early!

We've received our shipping notification from Apple with an estimated arrival date of October 14th as expected.

However, a 9to5Mac reader received a shipping notification from Sprint which indicates that he should receive the phone Tuesday evening.

Wht would Sprint's arrI've early? I have AT&T and my order scanned and shipped 6 hours before this one shown above. I appreciate any idea on the insight.

Mine says: PHONE 4S BLACK 16GB AT&T-USA $199.00 Ships: 1 - 2 Weeks Delivers Oct 24 - Oct 31 Can someone confirm if this really means 10 days after launch date? I've already given my iPhone 4 to my brother, I have to go on without a phone now for a week?
