I have tried the software. It makes iTunes very sluggish and honestly, I do not know what they do with the data (TuneUp)... PROBLEM: every time you start iTunes, the TuneUp starts up as well... and that makes it a very, very long while until iTunes is there... PROBLEM 2: it is not easy to uninstall, you need a special program. VERY BAD!
