True. First execution only, then the message is away.
So they can detect the phone is jalbroken? What other app can do that? That's a big security concern to me now...

So does it work even if it is jailbroken or not?

After the update my jailbroken iPhone 2G is working 100%. Skype to skype, call to landlines/mobiles and chats.

It does work on my Jailbroken iPod touch. But, I am in an endless loop. If I try and get to the main screen, it opens up music. Cant reboot either. Be cautious.

So far I have no pronlems with it, it works, but... as sjprice have said there may be problems with some phones. Update all applications installed via Cydia, Icy or Installer to their latest versions and Skype may work just fine...

And just as Lusu said, I had 3 updates to Cydia and I have no issues calling or exiting the app.
