Carlos Quijano has posted some mockups of what an iOS 8 'Healthbook' app might look like based on recent reports.
'Healthbook' is reportedly the codename for an app that will be used in conjunction with the iWatch to monitor and store fitness statistics including steps taken, calories burned, and miles walked.
9to5Mac, who first posted about the app, asked their sources to look at the mockups.
According to sources, the mockups are “vaguely” the right idea. Of course, Apple is likely testing multiple different user-interfaces for this software, and since we are several months out from an official introduction, things can and likely will change (even drastically)…
The app reportedly works similar to Passbook in that it features a stack of cards that you can swipe through. Each card represents a different data point.
Check out the mockups from Carlos Quijano below. Also, Nick Pomes has designed a mockup of the app icon based on the leaked description.

Good.
You may want listen to a previous GigaOM IoT podcast where small sized laser spectrography is used for identifying the food and calories within. If sucessfully integrated within iPhone and then into iWatch it may revolutionize the way we eat food.
