To give users an improved sense of where their current conditions are being reported, MyWeather Mobile now displays the name and location of each reporting station, in addition to the latitude/longitude of your city location. Users can also view total hourly precipitation in the application's 36-hour trend graphs.
In addition to these new features, MyWeather Mobile combines stunning, high-quality animated radar with Microsoft Virtual Earth technology, letting users view weather conditions at any location around the country. Turning the phone horizontally allows users to pinch, flick, zoom, and double tap the map down to the street level.
"Since the release of MyWeather Mobile, we've listened carefully to our users", said Terry Kelly, CEO of MyWeather, LLC and sister company, Weather Central, Inc. "Their feedback has been instrumental in our continuing development of the application and we look forward to making additional improvements in the future."
