I don't think Steve was smiling that time, I believe he was laying uncomfortably in his grave, painfully trying to adjust his position, because of that stupid watch.

Who cares what's new. Why would Steve be so upset about something that can help us with health, remind us on missed phone calls so parents friend gf/bf won't be be mad on missing the call, and what about an alarm in case you don't wake up in time? Steve is so proud especially when the 2nd apple campus comes. I'll have you know bottom line Apple does a good job Jobs or no Jobs.
