Apple has released iOS 9.3.3 beta 3 to developers for testing. The build number is 13G29.

There are still a couple known issues with the beta.

● A user updating to an iOS 9 GM build from a seed build may see duplicate dictionaries in the
definition dictionary list if the user switched primary language, added secondary languages, or
added new keyboards. Workaround: To remove the duplicate dictionaries, go to the definition dictionary list, swipe the dictionary, and tap the Delete button

● Photos app in Simulator does not sync photos from iCloud Photo Library.

Developers can download the beta from the link below...

I'm surprised a second beta for iOS 10 hasn't been released

because iOS 10 isn't more focused on yet and it was just released.

Idiot. Don't you know the major beta release schedule? Every two weeks. Its idiots like YOU who don't need to run the beta. Just so you can look cool in front of your friends? Stay off the beta and let the real developers handle the situation. Pathetic. (>~>) That's a great self portrait.
