Check out this iOS 11 concept that visualizes a system wide Dark Mode for the iPhone X. Designed by Maximos Angelakis, the concept is inspired by watchOS and makes use of the new iPhone's OLED display.

This concept imagines an iOS version designed for iPhone X’s beautiful OLED display. Inspired by watchOS, which takes advantage of the Watch’s OLED display. Having a systemwide ‘dark mode’ also means maximizing the phone’s potential battery life. Hope you enjoy!

No doubt this idea came from Eclipse for jailbroken iPhones on iOS 10, love it so much in my iPhone 6. It'll look fantastic on my iPhone X! Make it happen, Apple.

Isn't it the same when you go to Settings > Accessibility > Display Accommodations > Invert Colors to Smart ? by enabling this you get the same effect in current iOS

As you said it’s one of the company’s most glitched iOS to date. It had been released and had some bugs on the first 24 hrs. I think it’s the pressure of having to create a new platform every 12-16 months which Apple seemed to have handled well up until a couple of releases. This time the pressure was higher due to the 10th anniversary of the iPhone’s release; something for which they didn’t prepare on time.

They clearly knew this was coming which is why iPhone X is a celebration of ten years of iPhone. You'd think they would easily care less about the legacy that created a new generation of the smartphone and continuing that legacy?

Looks nice, but Apple can’t even get iOS 11 “light” mode to work great. Buggiest software I’ve ever seen from them.

If this i the "Buggiest" software you've ever seen then you are somewhere between a 12 y/o and a millennial! Believe e IOS 11 is a far cry from the buggiest! There literally 1000s that have been far more buggy and let's start with all those Window renditions.

No kidding with Windows. Even on 7 I couldn't stand the glitchiness of it despite me using it on a cheap computer, but any action I ever do on it freezes it from about a minute to a few even if I did nothing at all!
