Ok, had to try this, and my verdict is; the app Perfectly Clear is better... And Photogene of course is a must. I regret I used money on this. If you dont have an app for this already, I guess it'll do!

This isn't just a flash app, it's the purpose that you enhance your image's lighting with this App, that you recolor it. It's not a flash app or exposure fixer, although it has those abilities I think the main purpose is to be creative with the lighting through the RGB feature. If you just want an exposure app you can use the lite version, which is free. You actually pay for the ability to change lighting by disabling certain color channels. So it's kinda odd to compare it to Perfectly Clear and such. Anyway, the app works great for me, I was able to apply very pleasing and artistic effects.
