Electric Pocket Limited has announced big new features to its BugMe! sticky note app for iPad. The latest iPad version enables users to set alarms which are triggered by push notification. BugMe! now also lets users jot notes on pictures - offering a great tool for comparison shopping or tweeting funny personalized pics of friends. Finally, the new version also now offers "flexible note positioning" which allows users to drag and drop notes anywhere they choose or organize them in clusters.
BugMe! for iPad was introduced last month on the heels of the iPhone version, which offers much of the same features as the iPad version but scaled for the pocket-sized nature of the iPhone. The iPad version lets users take advantage of the iPad's large screen to easily jot and organize handwritten yellow-sticky-style notes and memory joggers.
BugMe!'s unique "Save to Home Screen" feature lets users save a copy of any note to the iPad's app launcher screen. Important BugMe! notes and reminders can be organized and visible on the iPad's Home Screen at all times. BugMe!'s handwritten sticky notes can be easily shared by email or Twitter, from right within the app, giving users a fun way to send notes and messages to their friends and family.
BugMe! offers iPad users a choice of colored paper styles for their notes, and a large "drag and drop" interface for organization, making it easy to stay on track and remember life's little tasks.
Pricing and Availability: BugMe! 1.06 is offered at the introductory rate of only $0.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Productivity category. BugMe! is also available for BlackBerry and webOS smartphones.
