Can I downgrade my ios 7 beta?

I have an Iphone 4 with the new ios 7 beta. It is terribly slow and buggy and I want it gone. But there doesn't seem to be a walk through that mentions iphone 4 as able to do it. Can a GSM Iphone 4 downgrade to ios 6.1.3? If so, can someone give me a simple walk through of how to do it?

I suppose if you have the SHSH blobs from previous firmwares, you could simply use iFaith to downgrade back to that firmware. Just make sure you have the SHSH blobs and the .ispw file for the firmware you want to downgrade to. I'd love to upgrade my phone to iOS 7, if you don't want to use it! Jk (although I might break down and get the developer's license...) but, yeah- iFaith should technically work. How to do you like 7 (minus the slow buggyness, of course)?
