I am experiencing an issue where my Apple TV becomes unresponsive and sluggish when using both the physical Siri Remote and the iPhone Remote app.

If your Apple TV is sluggish or unresponsive when using a remote, start by restarting the device through Settings, System, Restart. Ensure your tvOS software is up to date and check your network connection, as a slow Wi-Fi signal can cause the interface to lag. Additionally, interference from unshielded HDMI cables or other electronic devices can sometimes disrupt the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signal used by the remote. If the issue persists, try unpairing and re-pairing your remote, resetting the Apple TV to factory settings, or a different HDMI cable!

If your Apple TV is slow or unresponsive, restart both the device and your router, then clear cache-heavy apps or reinstall problematic ones. Also, check for tvOS updates and disable Bluetooth accessories or AirPlay connections that may be overloading the system.
