Downgraded from iOS 7 to 6.1.4 having trouble retrieving backup

HI, I was having some major issues with iOS 7 beta 3, which I had downloaded since the first release no i do not a a UDID i did it though the tutorial on here. Before i downgraded i did a back up to my computer and once i downgraded back to 6.1.4 and tried to do a restore to replace all of the apps and photos and ect. they weren't there. i could really use some help in order to retrieve all of the data on the iOS7 back up
