In call functions don't appear

Hi there, I recently jailbroke my phone last week. It is a 4s on 5.1.1. I have since noticed that when I make calls or recieve calls, I cannot see the usual speaker, keypad, hangup, etc buttons when in a call. it just displays the normal home screen. When I click the home button, it displays the green bar up the top "return to call". The only thing I have applied through winterboard is the genesis icons. How do I stop this happening? your help is appreciated
