Upgrade a 3GS with new bootrom to a 5.1.1 iOS with the following details:

Hey guys!
As usual, anythings that concerns jailbroken + unlocked iphones is a nightmare...
Is it possible to upgrade a 3GS (4.3.3 iOS) with new bootrom to a 5.1.1 iOS, considering that my iphone NEEDs to be unlocked? Will the jailbreak be a unthetered jailbreak?
Consider that in the past, the baseband of my iphone was the scary 6.15.00 and i was able (after a year or so of a long wait) to downgrade it...now it currently runs on 05.13.04.

Hello Andre.
First of all: I would'nt upgrade to iOS5.1.1 because I had it done with my 3GS new bootrom. I need to go back to iOS 4.3.3 because the whole thing slows down in reaction time and all.
But what I wanted to know is how you downgraded your baseband? Can you give me any hint about this? My BB right now under iOS 5.1.1 is 05.16.05 and I don't know if it works under 4.3.3 so I would like to have a backdoor. :-/
