Do i have a way to unlock my iphone 4?

I update my iphone 4 to 7.0.4. My Modem Firmware is 04.12.09 do I have any chance to unlock my iphone, service provider is SoftBank from Japan. 2 year contract is over and now i have this ipod instead of cellphone :(
