How do I fix Push Notifications & iMessage on my iPhone 4 running on iOS 5.1.1?

I'm running on a custom firmware, iOS 5.1.1 baseband 3.10.01. I did not have the SIM card to activate the iPhone, So I used redsn0w to jailbreak and also hacktivate. It found out that iMessage, Facetime & Push notifications do not work on hacktivated iPhones and can be fixed by SAM. But I've also seen now that SAM is down, and also the stockification does not work on 5.1.1? Can someone give me an exact guide or video I can trust on? Please, help will be appreciated.
