Jailbroken ios 6.0.1 with redsnow, but no cydia

So I'm almost positive that my iPhone 4 is jail broken because Safari and Mail apps don't work. When ever I rebooted my phone after jail breaking it, there wasn't a pineapple. Is there anyway to re jail break my phone without restoring it? If not, please give me any tips you can.

Just run redsn0w over again, and you can rejailbreak.
But, keep in mind you have a tethered jailbreak, so every time you reboot you must "untether" the device.
