Cydia issue

I have a problem with Cydia, i can not neither install nor remove anything. once i try one of them i get the message : "sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (100)"
I have tried all solutions that i have found on the web but nothing is helping.
Pls help and do not ask me to restore , it's impossible i have an iphone 4, v5.0.1 BB 04.11.08 unlocked using SAM. If i restore i will lose my unlocking ticket.
