Help unlocking a jailbroken iPhone 3gs

I jailbroke an iphone 3gs using redsn0w. It has iOS 6.0.1 and modern firmware 05.16.07. I jailbroke it and have cydia but now I can't unlock it from the carrier. I have installed ultrasn0w but it doesn't work and I dont have saved activation tickets so I can't use SAM. Please help
