Service Porvider at USA AT&T.
Brought to INDIA and I was using after jailbreak.
Afeter jail Break Modem firm ware 06.15.00
Version 5.1.1 (9B206)
Got Authorised iPhone Unlcok from AT & T through e-mail.
Followed the procedures given in the mail.
All process went through and finally at the activation stage the message came on iTune screen as " Your iPhone could not be activated beacause the activation server is temporarily unavalable. Try agian in a copule of minutes.If the problem persist, contact Apple Support at apple.com /support."
From India ,I ma not able to contact Apple Support at US.
I requst for your answer/ solution for the issue.
After the unlcok process the Version upgraded to 6.0.1
automatically and Modem firm ware 06.15.00

I have a similar problem. Please check your serial number with Apple's support website and perhaps you'll get the answer as to why you or we've been locked out of the activation server. Let me know the support website response.
