I am using iphone 4 version 6.1 jalbreak 1.1 version after upgrade giving same problem weather appplication not open and any application delet then phone restart automatically after restart giving massege exit safe mode

first try and restore your iphone using itunes, but use redsn0w to create a custom ipsw if you want to keep your baseband the same, once the restore had been completed try and run evasi0n 1.0.0.0 on your computer windows or mac. and once the process is completed launch cydia and install the update for evasi0n from there.
