Hi !
please help me to change my Ios from 4.0.1 (8A306)
to any better Ios
also it is jail broken before !
also i need to know how to upgrade it with detail information because i am not professional !

If you are not worried about an unlock just restore using iTunes and use evasi0n to jailbreak.
