Need a little more information. You damaged your phone by BEFORE you first activated it? That'll make it difficult to determine what's wrong, as you won't be able to turn the phone's other features on to figure out what works and what doesn't. You also say that iTunes is damaged. I'm not sure what that means. If you can't activate the phone directly, you'd normally plug it into your computer and activate it that way. If neither of those options work, I'd take it to the nearest Apple store. However, if they determine it was water damaged, you're likely going to have to pay to have it repaired (they now allow a single case of water damage IF you purchased the warranty).
