Please let me know how to Upgrade iOS3.1.3 to iOS 4 or 5 on an unlocked, jailbroken iPhone 3GS?

this is not possible because aplle not signeture ios 4 and 5. Only way, its to upadte your phone to ios 6.1
and then unlock.
