Recovery mode stuck

I given my yonger my 3gs new BR and after a month he comes back with stuck in recovery mode. I tried everything , I tried redsn0w to jailbreak , installing new OS e.g. 5.1.1 , 6.1.2 , 6.1.1 , when I run them it seems its loading new OS ( loading bar etc.) but finally I always land to recovery mode. I tried tinyumbrella-6.14.00 too. doesn't work. I don't think we saved SHSH blobs on server or local either . is there any way to get rid of it
