Apple has released a new promotional video for the iPhone 17e, spotlighting what it calls "a whole lot for a lot less" following the device's official debut.
Titled "Meet iPhone 17e," the fast-paced spot runs through the key highlights of the new entry-level model. It opens with the Soft Pink, Black, and White finishes before turning to the new A19 chip, which the video describes as delivering "almighty speed and power."
Durability is played up with a series of exaggerated impacts that underscore the 3x scratch-resisting Ceramic Shield 2 front cover. Battery life also gets attention, with the ad showing hours of productivity, workouts, and video viewing.
Photography is another focus. The video introduces the 48-megapixel Fusion camera for "next-gen portraits," demonstrates the optical-quality 2x zoom, and shows users shifting focus between subjects after capture for a pronounced bokeh effect.
Apple also highlights double the starting storage, Apple Intelligence features such as visual lookup, object removal, and language translation, as well as both USB-C and MagSafe charging. Quick cuts reference additional capabilities including messaging, fitness tracking, recording, and safety features.
Apple officially unveiled the iPhone 17e earlier today with a starting price of $599. Pre-orders begin Wednesday, March 4.
