Apple's original AirTag 4-pack has dropped to $59.99, or just $15 per tracker, on Amazon today. That's 39 percent off the usual $99 retail price and a new all-time low for the bundle.
The discount follows Apple's recent release of the second-generation AirTag, as retailers begin clearing out older inventory. While the newer model adds an upgraded Ultra Wideband chip for longer range and a louder internal speaker, the original still offers reliable tracking for keys, backpacks, and luggage.
The first-generation tracker uses Apple's U1 chip to enable Precision Finding on compatible iPhone models, guiding users directly to nearby items. It also carries the same IP67 water and dust resistance rating as the newer hardware and runs on a standard user-replaceable CR2032 battery that lasts over a year before needing a swap.
Software support is the same across both versions. The original AirTag works seamlessly with the Find My app and supports the Share Item Location feature, which lets you securely share a tracker's location with trusted contacts or participating airline partners to help recover missing bags.
For buyers who want the extended range of the latest hardware, the AirTag 2 4-pack is currently available for $99. To monitor inventory and track future price changes for the discounted first-generation model, you can use the iClarified AirTag 4-Pack Price Tracker.
