Amazon Unveils Bee Frontier and Bee Eclipse AI Devices Starting at $74.99
Amazon has introduced Bee Frontier and Bee Eclipse, two personal AI devices that turn conversations into summaries, reminders, and suggested tasks. Frontier can be worn on a wrist or clipped to clothing, while Eclipse attaches magnetically to the back of a phone.

The new hardware expands the lineup beyond the original Bee Pioneer. Amazon announced its acquisition of Bee in 2025, bringing the conversation-focused AI startup into its devices business.
Frontier has dual microphones with noise filtering, an IP67 water-resistance rating, USB-C charging, and up to seven days of battery life. Its silicone wristband comes in Lavender, Sage, and Onyx. A microphone button starts or stops audio processing, with an indicator light showing when it is active. Users can also set it to switch off after a period without sound.
Eclipse offers the same core conversation features in a credit-card-sized phone attachment. It supports MagSafe and is rated for more than 21 days of battery life per charge. A button and visible light provide the same control over when it is listening.

Apps, Integrations, and Privacy
Summaries and memories are available in the Bee app for iPhone and Android. The service can identify recurring topics and organize conversations with templates for uses such as lectures, care plans, and brainstorming.
Paid integrations connect Bee to Gmail, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook, allowing it to surface action items, draft follow-up emails, or create calendar invitations after a discussion. Apple HealthKit and photo connections can add health and visual context to daily memories. A new desktop app is also part of the subscription.
Alexa+ integration lets users ask an Echo device for meeting summaries, to-dos, or details mentioned in a conversation. Connecting an Amazon account also enables shopping recommendations based on items discussed, displayed on Amazon's homepage and in the Bee apps.
Amazon says Bee Private Compute processes conversations in an isolated environment and deletes audio after processing. Transcripts are encrypted with keys created and controlled by the user's device, and users can delete transcripts and summaries. The devices show a light when active, and the service prompts users to obtain other call participants' permission when starting a recording.
Pricing and Availability
Bee Frontier is available now for $74.99 in Onyx, Lavender, and Sage. Bee Eclipse is coming soon, starting at $99.99 in Silver, Midnight, Honey, and Blush.
The hardware purchase includes conversation summaries, recaps, and 14-day memory at no extra charge. Bee Pro costs $11.99 per month and adds unlimited recent conversation summaries, suggested to-dos, daily memories, a personal chat assistant, conversation templates, the desktop app, and integrations with Alexa+, Amazon.com, and third-party apps. New customers receive a 30-day Bee Pro trial.
