You are all such losers. It's just another phone now. It no longer special in any way. Don't be so disappointed that apple has hyped it up so much for no reason. Its their own damn fault for creating this marketing monster. Now they have to live with the scrutiny that comes with being the second largest phone manufacturer. Only thing is, number one still has class and dignity (unlike jobbs and apple who are on a high horse)

I'm sure glad that Canada was excluded from the initial launch... we'll let everyone else deal with all these issues first. This way by the time it finally comes to us, the glue will have dried, the buttons will be put on properly and the signals will have stopped fading!

OK so I haven't had any of the problems some people are reporting. I think they're maybe a few defective phones out there but what product doesn't have a few bad apples? The only difference is that people expect more from apple than Google, HTC, etc.

How does *one* phone become *some* phones? Does any other product undergo this much scrutiny such that a single example of something becomes the story of the day?

This version seems to have more problems that the prior iPhone launches.

If this is true, SAVE IT, it may be worth a lot of money later as a rare piece (remember those original Star Wars toys that came with errors e.g. Luke with Black Hair on the X-Wing pilot suit) Then again, if this is a hoax, well... what a dumb-ass.

Not rare at all. Early adopters are used as testers by Apple. Wait fir a few weeks before buying a new Apple product to increase your chance of getting a good product.

i've checked that link. the photo appears to be easy photoshop case. lol of course, the video is blurred and held is such a way you can't see the "+" and "-" buttons. i call this one BS until someone else can verify.
