The account has been verified by Twitter meaning its actually him. Forstall hasn't sent out a tweet yet; however, he has followed one other person, Conan O'Brien.

who cares whether he joined twitter or not !???? ask him when they are releasing the 4.0.1 that is supposed to lie to people and make them believe that iphone 4's reception is horrible !!!
