Handy Light, a flashlight application for the iPhone, has sneaked tethering functionality into the App Store.
This app called HandyLight appears to be a normal flashlight app, complete with multiple colors. It has a hidden feature, however - it also allows you to wirelessly tether your iPhone, of any model or firmware with or without a jailbreak, to your computer, iPad, iPod, or anything with ad-hoc wifi. Follow the instructions in the video and I'll show you how it works.
You can purchase Handy Light from the App Store for $0.99. It most likely will be removed in short order so you might want to hurry.

Simple mate!
1. Make sure your iTunes is closed and iPhone not connected to the PC
2. Double-click on the .ipa file in the archive
3. iTunes will start automatically and the app will show up in your iTunes Apps folder
4. Double-click on the App there, iTunes will require authorisation.
5. Authorise using your iTunes account credentials.
6. Sync.
That's it!
Can u plz share it with me? All you have to do is find the handylight .ipa file on the computer you sync with. Then put it on a thumb drive or email it or whatever. Then authorize their account.
