Last Minute iPod Touch 4G Details and Rumors

iLounge is making some last minute iPod touch 4G predictions and relaying some interesting rumors.

Predictions:
● Sleep/Wake button is now on the top right like the iPhone
● Camera is below the Sleep/Wake button with a microphone pinhole off to its right.
● Volume buttons are separate from one another but stay in the same general position
● It is slightly thinner than the second and third-generation iPod touch with a MacBook Pro lid-like back cover

Rumors
iLounge has heard these rumors from unconfirmed sources
● A second version of the device features a micro SIM slot like the iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G
● Apple is giving the iPod touch a built-in VoIP phone application for both voice and FaceTime video calling
