That explanation doesn't make any sense. The only guys that seem capable of coming up with a jailbreak already have a copy of 4.1. They get it with the developers' releases.

I don't understand your logic in complaining about it. They aren't pushing it out to people, they simply have it available on their servers. They are free to host whatever they wish on their servers. Why would it bother you or anyone else for that matter what is available for download on someone else's site?
