Do anyone know why apple switched from aluminum to plastic on the Iphone?. I personally think it sucks.

The headphone jack is now flush and not recessed, and the 3G iPhone is almost exactly the same dimension-wise: 0.7 mm thicker and 0.1 ounces lighter.
