Apple has reportedly finalized iOS 4.3 and may even release it at the iPad event on March 2nd, according to a BGR report.

One of our Apple sources has just informed us that it looks like Apple has finalized the code for its upcoming iOS 4.3 release. The build, we’re told, is 8F190 for those keeping track. 4.2.1 is realy dam trobuling with processing speed , crash , bugs , app go slow , device working very slow compaired to previous ios .. So please launch new ios for ipod touch 4g
