Video removed by YouTube. Anyone knows where I can see another copy of it?

B - May 3, 2011 at 5:40am

You can find a mirror on YouTube (search: ff-yvsawjxk) - it also lists the tweaks in the video.

Hey guys, this is my first time I have jailbroken my iphone in awhile... what are some good sources?

ChrisYeo - April 30, 2011 at 7:41am

anyone mind listing the apps that he went through ? Thanks ~

ron2k_1 - April 29, 2011 at 7:21pm

C'mon guys! You only do this for those Cydia apps you want to TRY, or for that App that you don't really want, but because it's there for free you don't mind to play around with it. But not with the cool stuff that everybody wants to have or for that app that you really wish you'd have - for these, save some few weekends' beers and buy the darn thing...

AzianRollA - April 30, 2011 at 4:46am

The tweak is called barrel 2. You can find it in Cydia.

Noman - April 29, 2011 at 1:00am

Apple should give profit to Jailbreak scene! The helped to sell millions of devices - fact!

Noman - April 29, 2011 at 12:55am

Cydia and jailbreaking rocks. I have done it to all my iOS devices from day one and would rather switch platforms than live with an un-jailbroken iOS device. There are many useful apps such as MultiCleaner, AirPlayEnabler, 3GUnrestrictor, and LockInfo (in more depth).

Joe Cole - April 29, 2011 at 12:41am

Next up: A video from the Dev Team on why you should unlock your locked (by Apple) iPhones. All those in favor yell 'Yay'.

brian - April 28, 2011 at 7:41pm

Wow. How did I not know about "Voicemail forwarder"? That is awesome. Just bought it! Thanks, iClarified for showing this video, and of course, Cydia, for existing and making our phones do what they SHOULD have been doing from the beginning!

Icho - April 28, 2011 at 6:35pm

Whats the name of the black keyboard? Cant find the same one :(

B - April 28, 2011 at 6:54pm

That's one of the default options provided by Color Keyboard. (It works for me on 4.3.1 - I'm not sure it works on other versions.)

Rui Fonseca - April 29, 2011 at 5:05am

that rocks..!

farpthor - April 28, 2011 at 6:08pm

And what's the app for the calendar to show in the lockscreen?

Nick - April 28, 2011 at 6:10pm

I personally recommend LockInfo, it's awesome and allows more than just your calendar to display on your screen. I also recomment Tlert for text messaging anywhere on the iphone without having to exit out of an app and open the text messaging app.

Olle - April 28, 2011 at 6:12pm

Or you can use BiteSMS

B - April 28, 2011 at 6:53pm

That's Lock Calendar, a simple free tweak. LockInfo costs $8 and has more options.

Guest - April 28, 2011 at 5:37pm

What's the app for swiping between pages, as shown in the begining?

Akiroh - April 28, 2011 at 5:43pm

Barell ;)

onemeslR - April 28, 2011 at 6:02pm

you misspelled it, its " barrel "

yingie - April 28, 2011 at 7:25pm

Barrel 2 has a bug: when scrolling to Spotlight the text bar disappears behind the keyboard

onemeslR - April 28, 2011 at 10:24pm

thanks, i didnt notice that since i didnt use the search bar.

Bbilal - April 29, 2011 at 4:27pm

Barrel

OceanMindedBoy - April 28, 2011 at 5:35pm

Jay Freeman seems like a cool dude. Not like a typical nerd. Without cydia we would have a boring iPhone.

J - April 28, 2011 at 5:06pm

I'd love to jailbreak my iPad 2.

Nick - April 28, 2011 at 5:35pm

Same here, the jailbreak will come in due time though. I'm grateful to those who work on the jailbreaks and also Saurik for creating Cydia, because without them the iPhone would not be what it is today.

Noman - April 29, 2011 at 12:59am

Im sure they are working on it at Apple :) since thats going to spike the sales once it get on level... So probably they just waiting the sales to normalize and the release it.
