iPhone 3G Unlocked with SIM Card Adapter?

Don't be stupid! In Europe, at least in Portugal where I bought my 3G, the phones are carrier locked!! You may buy without a monthly plan, but it stills locked to that carrier you bought from. As mine is.

Did anyone notice that he had visual voicemail active? showing messages? A non-authorized carrier would not have this ability!

sorry for the last post, i was a little bit quick when i looked up the CE logo. its just a saftey and environment class logo.

stupid jokers.... my friend bought his phone in hong kong from apple... take it to the state...and it works with any carriers u don't even need to unlock it

Not quite. TIM Brasil is the carrier they are talking about. TIM is an italian company- yes. but they expanded to brazil, thus Tim Brasil. Someone in brasil has called them and they confirm it to be a Turbosim method. How it was achieved has not been released. N41

in almost every country in europe (except from switzerland, italy and i think france or belgium) u have to sign up for a mobile plan. but, according to the name on the carrier in this movie its phones from italy, which are carrier free and unlocked from the begining. So, i guess its fake

it's just a fake: on the back of the iPhone you can see the CE logo. That iPhone was brought in Europe where the 3G is carrier free (except Switzerland). So FAKE!
